Quebec begins vaccinating children under five for COVID-19

Monday marks the first day of eligibility for children under the age of five to get a COVID-19 vaccine in Quebec. They become the final age group able to get the shot, as the province continues to be hit by a 7th wave of the virus. For some parents, it was important to be first in line with their children. Dan Spector reports.
