WHO chief warns COVID-19 pandemic ‘most certainly not over’

World Health Organization director-general Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said Sunday during the opening session of the U.N. agency’s annual assembly that the COVID-19 pandemic is “most certainly not over.”
