B.C. introduces anti-racism data act

B.C. has announced new legislation in an attempt to dismantle systemic racism and discrimination faced by Indigenous, Black and people of colour. The anti-racism data act will help identify gaps in government programs and services, in an effort to better understand where supports are needed. Richard Zussman has more on the first of its kind legislation.
