June Francis with the Hogan's Alley Society, said during a press conference Monday that the Anti-Racism Data Act is necessary to bring about change in policies and programs in B.C. as without data collection, no changes can begin to take place. Francis said she hopes money and resources are being devoted to this project in order that this data can be put into practice.
