Controversy is once again swirling around Montreal developer Paolo Catania. Hundreds of people who have purchased a condominium in Lachine say they want answers after the condos they paid for have still not been built. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, they claim information from the company has been sporadic, contradictory and they worry about the millions of dollars they have paid.
