COVID-19: Quebec plans for the worst as province being hit hard by Omicron

As Canadian provinces are back to reporting record cases of COVID-19, Quebec and Ontario have the highest case counts, with over 9,000 cases reported on Thursday in Quebec. New restrictions have been announced by Premier Legault on Wednesday, but as Mike Armstrong reports, this might be planning for the worst.
