The NHL and National Hockey League Players’ Association announced Monday that it would be suspending all operations starting Wednesday for a four-day shutdown until Boxing Day amid an increasing number of positive COVID-19 tests. All NHL team facilities will be closed during this time and an additional five games have joined the four already postponed.
