Central and northern Alberta saw a fresh blanket of snow overnight Tuesday, making roads, sidewalks and paths a little challenging. The city is enacting its Phase 1 parking ban Tuesday night. As Kim Smith reports, it hopes to use lessons learned from the last big snowfall.
