Saskatchewan government fires back after APAS callout

WATCH: Following comments made during Monday’s mid-year financial report presentation, Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS) says they’re being unfairly blamed for a projected increase in the deficit, but the province strongly disagrees.
