Some people concerned about flags being raised at Alberta legislature

There is ongoing debate about whether flags that have been lowered since hundreds of unmarked graves were found at Canadian residential schools should be raised ahead of Remembrance Day. At the Alberta legislature, flags are raised. Chris Chacon explains.
