Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Wednesday that the province’s new COVID-19 vaccine certificate program is a “temporary and exceptional” measure needed to avoid another lockdown. “They’re the best chance we have to get through these coming months without having to move backwards,” he stated.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Wednesday that the province’s new COVID-19 vaccine certificate program is a “temporary and exceptional” measure needed to avoid another lockdown. “They’re the best chance we have to get through these coming months without having to move backwards,” he stated.
