Lethbridge mayor, police chief comment on crime severity index

Lethbridge’s mayor and top police officer addressed Statistic Canada’s latest crime severity index Wednesday. For the second straight year, the Lethbridge census metropolitan area ranked worst in the country. As Erik Bay reports, officials say crimes of opportunity are to blame.
