June is Canadian Men’s Health Month and this year, the focus is on mental health. According to a 2018 study by Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, one million Canadian men suffer from major depression each year. Experts say men are also a lot less likely to reach out for help than women. Global’s Sharmeen Somani reports.
