Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister on Thursday announced a $30-million program aimed at helping businesses hire or re-hire employees as they reopen, providing the new hires attest that they will be vaccinated. Pallister said local small businesses, not-for-profits and registered charities would be able to apply for up to $50,000 in financial support.
