Vaccine rollout in Nova Scotia surpasses target dates

Canada is set to receive another large shipment of the Moderna vaccine – and here in Nova Scotia, the vaccine rollout has surpassed its target dates. But as Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, that good news doesn’t mean the province will speed up its reopening.
