Saskatchewan Health Minister Paul Merriman said on Tuesday that the “overwhelming majority” of people who ended up in hospital due to COVID-19 in May were not vaccinated. Merriman admitted that while he didn’t know the reasons these patients hadn’t received a shot, “not everyone had the chance” to get vaccinated at the time.

Saskatchewan Health Minister Paul Merriman said on Tuesday that the “overwhelming majority” of people who ended up in hospital due to COVID-19 in May were not vaccinated.
