Cruise ships are set to return to B.C.’s coast but they won’t be stopping in any of our ports. The U.S. has given the green light for cruise ships to travel directly between Seattle and Alaska, and that means a multi-billion dollar hit to the B.C. economy. Catherine Urquhart reports.
