U.S. President Joe Biden is expected to take executive actions on gun control on Thursday, including targeting “ghost guns” which can be assembled from kits with no serial numbers making them harder to track. It comes after two mass shootings in the past few weeks, but Biden has acknowledged it will be difficult to do more stringent gun control due to a split Senate.
