Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé announced Wednesday that the province is beginning its COVID-19 vaccination process for those age 60 and over, while those age 55 and over will be able to get the AstraZeneca vaccine beginning Thursday. Essential workers and those with chronic illness will follow.
