Ontario pumps so-called ’emergency brakes’ placing 2 regions in lockdown

Two regions in Ontario are being placed back into lockdown shortly after leaving the province’s strictest pandemic measure. This comes after a rise in the number of COVID-19 and B.1.1.7 variant cases.
