The Canadian Armed Forces says it will investigate Gen. Jonathan Vance, its former top soldier, over allegations of inappropriate behaviour first reported by Global News. A military officer has come forward, saying she had an intimate relationship with Vance while he was chief of the defence staff, and while she was under his command in 2006.
