New Brunswick’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Jennifer Russell said on Tuesday that zones 1, 2 and 3 will move to the red-alert level of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions due to a high number of cases reported after zone 4 recently got moved to the same level. This includes Moncton, Saint John and Fredericton areas.
