Quebec’s Public Security Minister Geneviève Guilbault responded to questions Thursday about amnesty for the homeless community or those who work with them once an 8 p.m. curfew begins Saturday to curb the spread of COVID-19. She said workers can have proof from their employer and that “the main goal is to help” the homeless community find a place in a shelter and protect them.
