It's usually a busy time of year for food banks but this season is unlike any other. Many food banks, including the Central Okanagan Food Bank, are seeing a record number of people needing Christmas hampers due to the COVID crisis. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, hamper distribution is now underway and those on the receiving end are expressing gratitude.
