Toronto Mayor John Tory spoke on Wednesday about the city’s effort to ramp up COVID-19 testing by bringing decommissioned Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) buses back in service to act as mobile testing units. Tory said the buses would be assigned to areas that don’t have nearby testing sites, and can test up to 100 people a shift.
