Montreal tenants protest lack of affordable housing

Tenants’ rights groups are desperately trying to draw attention to the lack of affordable housing in the city. They held a protest in downtown Montreal Tuesday morning to call on the Quebec government to crack down on unjustified rent increases. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
