Biden says U.S. should aim for carbon pollution-free energy sector by 2035

Former U.S. vice-president and current presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Tuesday released his climate plan that aims for a carbon pollution-free energy sector by 2035, and spending $2 trillion over four years on clean energy projects. It would include rebates and low-cost financing to retrofit homes, and create 1.5 million new energy-efficient homes.
