Mechanical failure just fifteen minutes into the journey turned into a long night for hundreds of B.C. Ferries passengers headed for Nanaimo on Sunday. B.C. Ferries is apologizing for the inconvenience but as Jennifer Palma reports, some say the corporation needs to do more to compensate passengers for the loss.
