The Quebec government announced that it will no longer release daily COVID-19 updates as of Friday. Instead, weekly updates will be provided every Thursday starting on July 2. Speaking outside of Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Thursday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said it is ultimately up to the provinces to determine how they would like to release this information to the public.
