B.C. premier announces move towards Phase 3 of recovery plan will begin next week

Speaking to reporters at his weekly media briefing, Premier John Horgan acknowledges the challenges the B.C. economy and business owners have faced because of the COVID-19 shutdown. Horgan also announces the province is hoping to move into ‘full implementation’ of Phase 3 of the restart plan next week.
