Ontario Premier Doug Ford said Tuesday the government would conduct a “complete review” into the impact of the novel coronavirus on long-term care homes in the province, but would not commit to a public inquiry. According to the Ontario Ministry of Long-term Care, of the 1,725 deaths from COVID-19 in the province 1,239 have been in long-term care homes.
