Hamilton’s Innovation Factory has workers come into the office virtually

Innovation Factory, a non-profit that mentors local entrepreneurs, is using a unique virtual 3D office program called VirBELA to interact with clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Executive director David Carter says the idea seemed silly at first but after using it for a month it has been good for his team.
