Speaking to reporters in Ottawa on Wednesday, several senior cabinet ministers including Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam and her deputy Dr. Howard Njoo said a potential federal database tracking the information of COVID-19 patients is about the “art of the possible” at the moment, as it involves working with a plurality of other provincial and local jurisdictions.
