Prince Edward Island Premier Dennis King announced its plan for a phased approach to reopening the provincial economy on Tuesday, April 28, which the Island’s top doctor said would be “safe and measured.” The province’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Heather Morrison said the first phase of the four-phase approach would begin on May 1.
