After weeks of waiting for help, business owners crushed by the pandemic can now apply for the wage subsidy program. Within the first few hours of launching online thousands of businesses filled out applications. But as Jennifer Palma explains there are concerns about who qualifies and whether the measures are enough to keep some businesses afloat.
