Burlington hospital builds new unit in preparation for COVID-19 ‘surge’

Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ont. has begun the construction of a temporary pandemic response unit. The 93-bed section has been prepared to receive COVID-19 patients during the forecasted surge in the coming weeks.
