Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Tuesday that while he recognizes people are waiting for homes to be built and it's why construction sites will remain open, he has put the construction industry "on notice," with new guidelines sent to sites and inspectors deployed at large sites to ensure measures are taken to look after workers.
