Speaking to reporters in Ottawa on Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was unequivocal when he said Iran bears “full responsibility” for the accidental downing of the Ukrainian International Airlines flight last week, and for the loss of the loss of 57 Canadian citizens and 29 permanent residents who were on the flight when it was shot down.
