Speaking to reporters in Ottawa Thursday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was asked whether he feels the United States bears some responsibility for the plane crash in Tehran which claimed at least 63 Canadian lives, as the plane appears to have been downed by an Iranian missile – launched in retaliation for the U.S. killing of a senior Iranian general.
