There was a special ceremony Friday for a new whale sanctuary in Nova Scotia. It's being billed as a future haven for rescued cetaceans, that will be ready by next year. It is illegal in more than a dozen countries to keep cetaceans in captivity for entertainment, including Canada. But the idea here is to take whales from tanks to live at the sanctuary. As Heidi Petracek reports, the project doesn't have any whales yet but sure has opponents.
