The heartbroken mother of 14-year-old Devan Selvey is speaking publicly after the boy was stabbed to death outside his school in Hamilton, Ontario. Shari-Ann Selvey says her son was constantly bullied, and that he was ultimately failed by school officials who were supposed to protect him. Mike Drolet has more on how Selvey’s family is coping.
