Goodale says B.C. murders investigation was ‘very challenging, complicated’

Public Safety minister Ralph Goodale said Wednesday that the investigation into the B.C. murders and manhunt for two suspects was a “very challenging and complicated” task but said people in Manitoba can feel satisfaction knowing the two men may “no longer be a risk or a threat.”
