Most people assume post traumatic stress disorder affects mainly soldiers but studies suggest that nearly 1 out of 10 Canadians may develop PTSD at some point in their lives. Today we’re looking into another way to cope with PTSD and anxiety known as EMDR therapy. Registered Clinical Counsellor Robert Grigore joined Jennifer Palma on BC to explain.
