Canadians caught in the feud between BC, Alberta

Alberta will host a meeting of all western Canadian premiers on Thursday. That’s also when Alberta’s Jason Kenney and British Columbia’s John Horgan will meet face-to-face for the first time. As Heather Yourex-West reports, taxpayers and business owners are suffering the most from this feud.
