Plaque unveiled to remember killed gas station worker

Grant De Patie was a lone gas station attendant when he was killed in a shocking “gas and dash” nearly 15 years ago. Now, a new memorial is sparking fresh calls to strengthen a law that bears his name. Jill Bennett reports.
