White House says Mexico has not done enough on migration

The White House said Friday that Mexico had made some progress on limiting illegal immigrants entering the U.S. but “not enough,” after President Donald Trump threatened tariffs against the country, adding that if Republicans were surprised by the move they were “not paying attention.”
