Landmark-Capri redevelopment approved by Kelowna council

Landlords, business tenants and even some Kelowna city councillors area not happy with the approval of a major redevelopment plan. The Landmark-Capri plan has been on council’s radar since last year and after several delays, it finally got the go ahead. As Kelly Hayes reports, moving the plan ahead means affected businesses are that much closer to having to move out.
