Peterborough animal control officer Darryl Porter stopped by The Morning Show on Global Peterborough Wednesday morning.
He says they’ve been inundated with calls from residents due to large amounts of dog feces in parks and schoolyards.
Porter says it’s a common problem, but that doesn’t mean it’s an acceptable one.
