Alberta premier pressures Trudeau for action on oil crisis

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau convened a meeting of premiers Friday in Montreal. As David Akin reports, Trudeau found himself on the defensive on everything from carbon taxes to the country’s pipeline capacity, Alberta Premier Rachel Notley pressured the PM to take action on the oil crisis.
