A Calgary animal shelter says a man who originally reported finding 15 cats inside two Rubbermaid containers now claims the animals belonged to a family member who couldn't care for them. The cats, wearing paper collars, will remain in the care of the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society until the Alberta SPCA determines next steps.
